Recunosc, nu sunt o mare bucatareasa, dar cum omul trebuie sa si manance, de cand am plecat de langa mama trebuie sa ma descurc si singura. Cand am chef sa mananc ceva bun si usor de preparat solutia e simpla: quesadilla. Daca nu am pofta de carne si varianta vegetariana este foarte buna – arata fix asa: | I have to admit that I’m not a great cook. But I have to make do, since I don’t live with my lovely mom anymore. A Quesadilla is perfect when I’m in the mood for a delicious, easy meal. The vegetarian recipe is also delicious. |
Varianta vegetariana contine ciupercute, ceapa, masline, porumb si am adaugat si putina salata verde pentru mai multe culoare.Voi alegeti daca vreti sa caliti pentru cateva minute ingredientele inainte sa le adaugati in lipie.Cealalta varianta contine in plus doar cascaval ras si sunca. Ingredientele vor ramane la locul lor, in lipie. Branza se va topi si le va tine in loc.

I add mushrooms, onions, olives, corn and green salad to make it more colorful. You can cook a bit the ingredients in a pan before filling the tortilla wrap, but this step is optional. The other recipe contains extra only grated cheese and ham. The ingredients will stay put, the cheese will melt and hold them in place.
