Odata ajuns in Creta parca nu iti mai vine sa mai pleci. Nici nu e de mirare ca aceste meleaguri au prosperat inca din epoca bronzului. In Creta am avut parte de o experienta perfecta, in care lectiile de istorie si cele culturale s-au impletit frumos cu cateva ore petrecute pe plaja, la soare.
Ne-am cazat in Stalida, un orasel pe care l-as recomanda celor care vor sa se distreze in taverne si baruri, dar si familistilor convinsi. Aici poti foarte bine sa incepi seara intr-un bar si sa continui distractia pana dimineata in cluburi. La fel de bine poti lua cina intr-un restaurant de familie si apoi sa te retragi linistit la somn.Plajele din Stalida mi-au placut la nebunie. Sunt largi, cu nisip fin si te conduc spre marea de un albastru incredibil.

Stalida a fost punctul nostru de plecare pentru multe excursii de neuitat.

Once you arrive in Crete, you wish you’d never have to go back. It’s no wonder these lands have prospered even in the bronze age. I’ve had a perfect stay in Crete. Here, the history lessons and cultural sights can be easily combined with a few hours spent on the beach.
We stayed in Stalida (Stalis), an ex-fisherman’s village that now can host both partying people and families. Here you can start your evening in a bar and keep partying until dawn, but as well, you can dine in a family restaurant and then go straight to bed.
I loved the beaches in Stalis. Fine sand for as long as you can see, that leads you to bathe in a clear – blue, picture perfect sea.Stalis was our departing point for many unforgettable trips.
